Villa Zinha has an incredible prime position, front line to the sea in the charming and family friendly resort of Praia da Luz.
Our apartments include basic services like a periodic cleaning, change of linen and towels, both by request or like daily full cleaning. Occasionally we offer some special units like cabins on the beach front, suites or studios for comfortable stay.

Good sized pool of 5 x 10 meters offers the same stunning bay view while swimming and sunbathing. The pool can be heated for maximum comfort
Luxury Facilities
4 Air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can accommodate 8 guests. Two bedrooms can be extended with 3 more sleeps for kids. The bedrooms have terrace access with wonderful sea views to wake up to.
Exclusive Location
Villa Zinha is located right at the coast in an exclusive area of Praia da Luz. Away from the tourist bustle, yet in walking distance from Luz town, all amenities and beaches are easily reachable.

We had a great time at Villa Zinha in a beautiful location in Praia da Luz. The Villa had everything that we needed and well equipped for the 2 families, the hosts were great and very responsive to anything we needed – would highly recommend!!!

Stunning ocean view, nice pool and villa very well equipped. Walking distance from restaurants, beach, grocery stores. Miguel is very nice and has been very helpful.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Zinha in late July 2023. The views from the villa towards the sea are so spectacular and the location of the villa is perfect for visiting the restaurants of Luz without needing to get in a car, but far enough out of the centre to be really peaceful. Thank you to Miguel who was a perfect host. We hope to return again to your villa on our next visit to the Algarve.

It’s a very comfortable villa with beautiful ocean views. We relaxed outdoors, lounging by the pool. We enjoyed ping pong and foosball while sipping wine. The owners were very responsive. We had a heated pool which was really welcome in April. Grocery store is 3-5 min drive. In front of the villa there is a gravel road into town 5 min walk to crepes/ice cream place, several restaurants, sandy beach. If you walk in the opposite direction it’s a beautiful hiking trail along a rugged rocky beach terrain.
Luz is a very small town but has a sandy beach and restaurants right in front of the beach. Lagos is 15 min away drive if one wants more shopping and food variety. Lagos has a large marina, where we reserved a boat tour of the coastline. 30min drive is the infamous Sagres, the most southwest point of Europe, beautiful and windy, have layers ready for that trip.
Villa itself had spacious area to hangout inside, everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and each has an en-suite bathroom which was very convenient. I would recommend this villa for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
